Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return period for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. This means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items, once the return has been received and approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges & Change of Mind

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
Size exchanges are accepted where stock is available; however, return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
